Tourism Office of Villedor - Horseshoe

1. Important nearby locations: Maple Windmill
2. Location: Horseshoe - water tower
3. Mission: Water Tower

During the Water Tower quest, you will reach a building in which you will have to get rid of some explosives. After collecting them all, you will encounter some men that you need to talk to. During the conversation, you will have to make an important decision that will affect future events in the game. Regardless of your choice, however, you will eventually be left alone on the top floor of the tower. Right next to the valve that will activate the entire water tower, there is a cassette with the recording.

Important information. Collect this crate before activating the tower, otherwise it may disappear.

Cheatkins for Villedor

2. Location: Jack and Joe's camp
3. Quest: The Ultimate Weapon

During The Ultimate Weapon quest, you will reach a destroyed apartment where you can find the recording. The tape is on a wooden table, right in front of the broken glass entrance to the office. It's easy to spot as there aren't any other interesting things to pick up in the area.

Important note. Completing the quest is not a prerequisite - you can go to this location before or after completing it.

GRE Head Doctor Dr. Katsumi Report 1

2. Location: THV Genomics Center
3. Quest: not applicable

While exploring this side activity, you will reach a locked door that requires authorization. You will open it with the GRE key. There's a GRE Crate with an inhibitor inside. In front of the crate, on a metal desk, there's a small recording tape. Approach the desk to make the collectible light up. Pick it up to immediately add it to your collection.

The City Classifieds - Baltazar

2. Location: abandoned building
3. Quest: not applicable

This recording can be found in an abandoned building, on a shelf in the corridor. On the shelf, you will find wall painting equipment: paints and brushes. The audio tape was placed between them.
