To reach the Queen, you have to throw a pipe bomb into the corridor with the "springboard" and detonate it once it bounces off into the corridor behind the door.

Inside the room on the right you will find a RPG and a supply of bombs. Stock on both, as they will be essential.

If for some reason you missed some of the previous Ego boost items, now you will have the chance to catch up with four of them: dumbbell, barbell, punch bag and breasts growing out of the wall.
