Right after the loading screen you will end up in a room full of aliens with blasters, so it would be good to drive to its end. Once you drive through the gate it will lock up behind you and will be too low to return drive beneath it.

Go out of the car and continue on foot. You have to reach the button which will let you go below the gate. Jump up the luggage onto the nearby roulette table and from it continue onto the other furniture. Between the tables there are chairs, which can be used as springboards.

Once you reach the couch, look out for the rats lurking between the plants behind it. Press the button to raise the gate and go back inside your car. Enemies will be looking for you, so look for ramps and boost often. By driving into the aliens' feet you can stun them for a short while, but it's a risky strategy and it's better to just avoid them. Eventually you will reach a spot where after a heroic jump the car will break down.

On the other side of the grate in front of you there's a device that will return you to your normal size. Pull the luggage cart towards the button to the left of the grate, return to where you crashed the car, go up the ramp onto the sofa and from there to the button. The device is right beside the naughty twins, which you can look under the skirts. Once you're back to normal, break the showcase in front of you and take the shotgun (remember to keep the Colt if you want to earn Gunslinger).

Aliens will start teleporting into the room. Eliminate a few of them and eventually two of them will be able to kidnap your twins and you won't be able to do anything about it.

Time to return the same way you came here and this time eliminate the enemies that were trying to trample you before. Once you reach a dark room with slot machines, more enemies will come through the ceiling. After eliminating them, approach one of the machines and keep playing until you get a Ego boost.

Keep following the road you were driving along moments ago until you reach a room with a car in the display. Between the pillars there's a chest with steroids standing on it. If you want, you can continue working on Duke Angry, Duke Smash!, so hold back with taking them until Pigs join the fight.

After getting rid of all the enemies, go out through the opposite gate.
