Descent into the underground � The ladder is in the location past the main hall, on the right.
The urns � They allow you to open the gate to the castle. Your task is to kill the opponents standing right next to the urns - the souls of the defeated creatures pave the way ahead.
The chamber with statues (the underground) � After you exit the location with the bonfire, go right. To open the door, you need to kill the two guards next to it. The left side, door [nothing], the door 2 [Pharros' Lockstone], door 3 [Darkdiver Grandahl]. The right side, door 1 [continue this stage], door 2 [Mastodon Greatsword], door 3 [Royal Soldier's Ring +1]
Statues � - In the location with the elevator, climb up the ladder on the right. Once there, you will have to kill the stone soldiers next to the urn, in order to open the passage ahead.

Darkdiver Grandahl (the underground) � See: The chamber with the statues (underground). After you open the last door and enter the backstreet, the floor will collapse under your feet, which will reveal the Grandahl.

Milfanito � See: The Embedded.
The Embedded � Requires the Key to the Embedded (Shrine of Amana - boss). Opening the door will allow you to talk to one of her sisters - Milfanito. From her, you will receive the Ring of the Dead.
Passage to another location
THRONE OF WANT � - Requires the King's Ring. To the left of the first bonfire (King's Gate).
KING'S PASSAGE � Requires the Key to King's Passage (in the chest in the location with The Embedded)
Trap
A TRAP (poison) � The masks on the wall shoot poison darts. It is best to long alongside the walls.

Bonfire (the underground) � King's Gate.. After you descend into the underground, go along, across the 2 blue doors
Bonfire (the underground) � Under Castle Drangleic. In the location next to the Darkdiver Grandahl.
Bonfire � Forgotten Chamber. On the left side of the building, there is a ladder. The bonfire is right next to it, past the illusory wall.

Faraam Armor Set (the underground) � After you jump into the rift in the ground, along your way to the Darkdiver Grandahla. The set is on the corpse.
Great Magic Barrier (the underground) � The first door on the right, next to the corpse and the stairs.
Titanite slab (the underground � In the chest immersed in acid.
Hunter's Blackbow � Close to the Forgotten Chamber bonfire, you can find a ladder down. The item is in the chest.
Soul Greatsword � Soul Greatsword + Caitha's Chime + Old Knight Hammer. In the location behind the statues, inside the crates.
Firestorm � On the upper floor, in the chest.
Fire Great Arrow x10 � On the upper floor in the chest. Watch out for the trap!
Key to King's Passage � Key to King's Passage + Soul Vessel + Fire Seed + Strong Magic Shield

Shortcut � You can open it only from the side of the location with the statues, after you defeat several tough opponents.

Invasion: Nameless Usurper � It appears behind you, at the location with three knights and the painting.

Stone Guardians � Four of the opponents that pretend to be statues. You can kill them from afar, using the bow (these are the statues with the heads). They drop a rare Llewelyn armor (the set does not include the helmet).
oss - Throne Guardian & Throne Watcher � Requires the King's Ring (Undead Crypt)
Boss - Nashandra � Requires the King's Ring (Undead Crypt), Giant's Kinship (Memory of Jeigh - boss).
Keep going forward. You'll see statues of two humanoid mammoths at the end of the bridge. They will come alive if you come close to them. There is a very good way to defeat them. Go back to the stairs and stop halfway. Keep your shield up and wait for their attacks. When they are above you they might not reach you. Focus on a single enemy. When you defeat it, kill another one.
Go towards the gate. A few guards will attack you. Try to kill them as close to the statues next to the entrance as possible. Their souls will be absorbed by the statues and the gate will open. There is a chest containing a Great Combustion and Fire Seed on the right side of the castle.
Get inside and go towards the stairs. You can talk to the ghost of a doorman.
Go to the stairs. You'll encounter strong guards. Keeping your shield up is essential. Try to block their hits and attack in right moments. Lure them into a wider space so that they can't corner you.
After you kill them, use the passage on the right side of the stairs. You'll be able to attack the next few enemies from behind. Attack the powerful guard in the middle first.
Open the door that was behind the enemies. Kill two regular guards inside and climb down the ladder.
Go forward and open two blue doors. There is a bonfire behind them.
Light the bonfire, go out of the room and turn left. There are six doors there. Two sleeping guards are on both sides of each door. They will come alive when you approach them. When you kill them, their souls will be absorbed by the door and it will open.
There is a way to another bonfire and an old man on a chair behind the third door on the left. If you talk to the man, he'll let you go to an optional location for one Human Effigy each time. Back to the doors - each of them lock an enemy - equivalent of a Ruin Sentinel, but stronger. Try to open only one door at a time. When you defeat all the enemies and take items from chests, go through the first door on the right.
Open the chest and take the Dark Arrow. Moreover, you'll find a corpse from which you can take a soul, Old Radiant Lifegem and Monastery Charm next to the stairs.
Go upstairs. You'll see some spilled acid. If you want to take items from here, take off all your items because the acid will destroy them.
Go upstairs until you reach a room with masks on the walls. Be careful because they shoot poison darts. Take a soul and a Twinkling Titanite from the corpse.
Go out of the room and go to the next one. There are three powerful guards inside. Lure them towards the stairs and kill them one by one. You can kill a guard with a crossbow first. Watch out for the painting because it's cursed.
Exit the room, turn right and go upstairs. Climb down the ladder. There is a hidden room around the corner and a bonfire inside it. Light it. Kill the crossbowmen and climb up the ladder.
Go upstairs. Talk to the queen sitting on a throne on the opposite side of the room.
Go out of the room and walk along the wall to the fog. You'll fight two Dragonriders behind it.
