After a while a conversation scene with Orana will start #1 (M61, 3). You can ask her additional question about Magister Hadriana and then you must make a decision what to do with her:

  • give her money (upper right dialog option): you'll lose 10 sovereigns, +10 friendship points with Fenris
  • offer her a job (middle right dialog option): in this case you have to choose #2 if you want to pay her (+5 friendship points with Fenris) or to make her your slave (+5, +10 or +15 rivalry points with Fenris)
  • ignore her request for help (bottom right dialog option)

After finished conversation, stay here and find a chest (M61, 4) with an item which activates the companion quest.

  • say that Hadriana deserved death and ask Fenris to leave (right left dialog options): you have to confirm that you want him to leave; +5 rivalry points with Fenris

It is worth noting that if have hired slave Orana who you met in caves, you can find her now in the estate and talk to her.
