On this page of our guide to Doom Eternal, you will find all collectibles available in the fifth level of the game - Super Gore Nest.
Remember, if you missed something, you can return to this mission at any time. However, you need to complete it in order to save all collectibles/secrets.

The Hellgrowth - part 1
As soon as you start this level you have to jump on the damaged wagon, and from there jump directly on the destroyed building. When you look at the rest of the map you will immediately notice the secret.
The Hellgrowth - part 2
By completing the story mission, you will enter a ruined building. There is a note in one of the rooms. All you have to do is jump over the hole in the floor and then collect the secret.
Toy Figure - Mecha Zombie
You will find the figurine on one of the ledges, near the destroyed building. Jump on various objects of the environment to reach it.
You will find the weapon modification point in a small room, in one of the destroyed buildings. There are damaged cabinets around this spot.
Toy Figure - Soldier (Shield)
In the middle of the fleshy object you will find a figurine. Just jump to the top floor and go to the end of the corridor.
You will find this secret at the end of corridor. There are many skeletons and fleshy gibs lying near the collectible item.

To get to it, you need a yellow access key. You will acquire it by completing the story mission.
You will reach this crystal by completing the story mission. It's inside the corridor, next to the passageway.
Super Gore Nest
When you leave the location where you fought your opponents, you'll reach a big hallway. To the right of it you will find a note. There's a lot of steam in the background, so it can attract attention.
You will find the battery near the toxic substance. All you have to do is enter the corridor located on the left side and then jump to the higher floor.
You'll find that secret in the sewers. Beware of the poisonous substance that can quickly reduce your health.
You'll find the map right next to the heart chamber.
You'll get to that secret during the story mission. All you have to do is turn left and pick up the item before you go further.
It's another secret that's rather hard to miss. All you have to do is turn left before going further and look at the rest of the building. The battery is highlighted by blue color, so it attracts attention.
It's another secret that's rather hard to miss. Get through the destroyed passageway and then head left.
To get that secret you have to jump on the rocky ledge, next to which the old elevator is located. You can jump to the item from the wall.
Album - WOLF 3D - Wondering About My Loved Ones
You'll get the album when you obtain the blue key. All you have to do is enter the corridor and head right to the end of it.
After obtaining the blue key, get inside the monster, and then reach the climbing wall. Proceed to the end of the corridor, go down two floors and there will you find the secret.
Figurine - The Revenant
The next figurine is found in a small hallway next to a poisonous waterfall.
Remember to wear a suit that will protect you from toxins.
Travelling right from the checkpoint, you'll reach a narrow corridor. The secret is at the very end of it.
Album - Doom III - Main Theme
Some dexterity is needed in order to reach this album. Stand on the balcony of a destroyed building and jump to the other side of the location. To get there, you need to use a spike which is marked in the screenshot above. Remember that the spike is constantly turning. You need to jump at a right moment.
If you fall down, you have to repeat the whole sequence all over again.
Approach the extra heart, located on an upper floor created from the monster's muscles, and walk a little further to open the passage to the secret.
Floppy Disk - Infinite Ammo
The floppy disk is located in the mountain, on top of which you need to activate the keys.
There is a hole on one of the walls. It is blocked by many bones. You have to jump down, clear the pathway with your fists and jump inside. That's where you get the disk.
Extra life (1-up)
You'll get to this extra life during a story mission. All you have to do is jump to it by using objects in your surroundings.
You will find another extra life behind a poisonous waterfall. But remember to replenish your suit first. Otherwise, you may die.
Can you believe that jumping into the monster's huge mouth, filled with hundreds of teeth, will provide you with extra life?
You can't come out alive of this. You'll die by falling down, but you can get an extra life.
You'll see this extra heart as soon as you enter the floor but you can only get it once you have found all the keys. All you have to do is jump up to the top floor, break the wall, and use double jump.
