After that search an arena and then look for a latches (screen above). Start using Angel Lift and remember to be hurry so the stream of souls doesn't hurt you.

After landing, walk around one of stones to localize a Lost Soul (screen above).

Now you can go where the screen above shows. Grab latches and the Boost Ring at the very end which takes you to a new, small platform. Now you just need to use Angel Lift once again to end the mission.
