Audiograph #1 and #2
Both of these are in Dreadful Wale, still before you start mission The Grand Palace. The first one is in Anton Sokolov's cabin and the second one on the bridge.
Bone charm #1
The first bone charm is in at the first floor of the flat opposite Winslow's Safes. The charm itself is in the vice.
Outsider's Shrine and runes #1 and #2
Outsider's shrine is close to the black market shop. While at the back of the shop, jump onto the podium on the right and smash all of the boards shown in the above screenshot covering the basement entrance. Just like in the rest of the cases, there are two runes in the shrine.
Rune #3 and painting #1
The rune is in the flat at Ravina Boulevard, which is swarmed with bloodflies. The flat is directly above the one, in which you found the confiscated goods from the boat and directly under the fan powering the wall of light.
Bone charm #2
You find another bone charm in the flat shown in the above screenshot, in the bathroom under the sink. The person shown in the above screenshot is standing on a metal beam next to the large tree in the center of Ravina Boulevard.
Blueprint #1, bone charm #3 and safe #1
This blueprint, and the bone charm are in the shop assistant's flat in the northern part, to the left of the wall of light. The flat key is in the cash register, in Winslow's Safes. The blueprint is in the central part of the flat, on the desk, whereas the bone charm is in the bedroom under the pillow. There is a combination lock on the sage and the combination is on the painting hanging above the des (123).
Bone charm #4
This bone charm is on the throne in the Throne Room of Duke Abele, in the left wing of the estate.
Rune #4
This rune is in the flooded storage. It is easy to miss it, but its exact location has been shown in the above. The rune is on the crates on the left and you find it still before you swim through the blocked-off part of the basement.
Bone charm #5
You can find another bone charm at the back of the vault. You can get here either across the flooded storage or the kitchen.
Blueprint #2
You find the second blueprint before you enter Duke Abele's vault, on the table. You can get here across the kitchen or the flooded storage.
Bone charm #6
Another bone charm is in the pleasure room, to the right of the main dining hall. The bone charm itself is next to the corpse on the bed.
Rune #5 and safe #2
The last rune is in the First Captain's safe, in his office at the ground floor (the room neighboring the dining hall). The safe combination is on the slip of paper on the desk in Luca Abele's office at the second floor.
Painting #2, blueprint #3 and audiograph #3
All three can be found in Luca Abele's office at the second floor. The audiograph is on his desk, the painting on the wall above the fireplace and the blueprint is in the dresser between shelves.
Painting #3 and bone charm #7
You can find both of these at the second floor in private chambers of Delilah Copperspoon. The painting is hanging on the wall, next to the piano and the bone charm is under the sink in the bathroom.
Audiograph #4
You can find the last audiograph in Duke's bedroom, at the top floor of his estate.
