After you have eliminated Duke Abele, you will receive his vault key. There are three paths that you can take to get there. One of them is directly at the back of the estate and it is being protected by an arc pylon. There is another one across the kitchen that you have already explored in mission "Eliminate Duke Abele", whereas the third one leads through the flooded storage. Regardless of which way you have decided to follow, head into the vault and open it with the key.
In the Duke's vault, there is a clockwork soldier patrolling around. Place a tier three stun mine right by the door and wait for it to take out the enemy. After that, enter the vault and apprehend Delilah's soul, which will help you defeat her at the end of the game.
Before you exit the vault, search it thoroughly. In here, you will find lots of valuables and another collectible - Gazelle, which you can later on place in your cabin in Dreadful Wale.
With your heart modified, you will be able to return to Meagan, who will be waiting for you at the back of the estate, in Duke Abele's private dock. Blink onto the balcony and leave the vault through the back door. Right at the gate, on the right, there is an arc pylon that you will have to disable. Then, climb down the stairs, wait for Meagan and talk to her to end this mission.
