Attention! There are two main paths leading you to Breanna. The first one of them leads through a number of rooms ridden with witches and grave hounds; the other leads via roofs, to the Oraculum, which has the power to confine the powers of Breanna. Those players who strive to achieve the ghost status should take the latter route. After killing/neutralizing Breanna, every person in the building will be stunned, which will allow you to look the place casually. Hence, this would be the easiest way of coping with this task.
You should now be in the place where the mission "Assist the shopkeeper" ended; if you look out the window, you'll see a cliff on the right side - it will take you straight to Breanna. Get thought the blocked passage and stand on the ledge.
Go to the end of the ledge and you'll find an entrance.
After reaching the square, get across and open another window. Get in.
After entering the building, you will see a room with a big, stuffed owl. Get onto the chandelier, then shatter the window in the roof on the right. From there, you'll get to the roof.
As soon as you're done, look right - there's an open window. In the room, on the table are two items. The first is lenses for the contraption that can be used for bloodless resolution of the Breanna situation; the other item is a note that will allow you to finish the optional task with Byrne. Take some time to explore the mansion - almost every room contains some items of interest, including an audiograph and a bone charm.
After collecting those two things, exit the room (look above), and turn right. You will find another window, leading you to the library.
After exiting, look left. Down on the floor, there's the machine that can take Breanna's power. Go down there and use it (watch out for the witch patrolling the room). As soon as the machine charges, use it again to disjoint Breanna from the void, thus eliminating her without bloodshed.
Attention! If you've done some exploration, you will know that Breanna has on her two bone. If you kill her, you will get them no problem. But if you opt for a pacific solution, check out the following advice.
You have to knock her cold to be able to take the two charms. There are two ways to do this: the first is to sprint towards her, tackle with a slide and press the takedown key in the right moment. It's not very easy, since you need perfect timing - if you miss it, she will manage to defend herself, and you'll have to fight. The other way is to take her down from above, in order to do that, you have to stand on the coffin (above). Don't never ever try to strangle her, cause she's "immune" to that - she'll fight back.
After eliminating Breanna, you just have to search the whole building to find all the secrets. At this stage, every enemy that you'd have to tango or bypass will be unconscious, and the hounds that you were unable to tranquilize before, will now just disappear, giving you free access to all rooms. You have to visit three rooms in total to complete all the side missions. The first room is Breanna's office, where you'll find a key and two notes lying on her desk. There's also a Delilah statue - you can talk with her to get more special action and the painting from the stairs' landing. The next place to visit is the display case containing collectors-grade items (the shopkeeper would be happy to receive them) it's on the other side of the balcony, in the library. The third place is the basement, where you can find notes and an audiograph required for the main task - Uncover Ashworth's role.
