Bone charm #1 and Painting #1

The collectibles are located in the apartment to the right.

The first bone charm and painting is located in the apartment, in the area from the screenshot. Use blink or far reach to get there.

Rune #1

The first rune is hidden in a cupboard.

The first rune is in the alley behind Aventa Station. Eliminate the weepers found in the area before you start searching for the rune.

Rune #2

The second rune can be bought for 400 coins in the black market shop, or you can steal it by destroying the wall in the neighboring room. More details in "Take the Carriage to Upper Aventa District".

Painting #2 and Bone charm #2

Jump to the apartment

The painting is located in the first floor apartment, in the building located to the left of Aventa building. The same room contains a glass cover. Destroy it to pick up the second bone charm.

Safe #1

The code to the safe is written on the blackboard. Take the bottle to reveal the second digit.

The first safe is located in the building left of Aventa station, on the first floor. The key to the safe is written on the blackboard, but only two digits are revealed. You need to guess the third digit by yourself.

Outsider Shrine #1 and Runes #3 and #4

To get to the other side, use the passage underneath the ceiling.

All collectibles are located on the final floor of the building located to the left from Aventa Station. Use the small passage under the ceiling to get inside (screenshot).

Blueprint #1

Blueprint #1

The first blueprint is in Aventa Station, in the reception on the first floor. The key to the booth can be found in the blackmarket shop.

Bone charm #3

A bone charm.

Third bone charm can be found in Aventa Station, on the first floor.

Bone charm #4

A bone charm is lying on the table.

The next bone charm is on the desk on the first floor of the regent building.

Blueprint #2

Blueprint is on the table.

The second blueprint is located on the last floor of the regent building. It can be found on the table in the main room.

Rune #5

The rune is hidden inside the desk

The next rune is hidden in a desk in the apartment where you will find three civilians. You can get there from the main part of the yard next to which a wall of light is located. Use the heart to find its exact location.

Bone charm #5 and Painting #3

The bone charm is on the table, while the painting is on the wall.

Bone charm number five and painting number two are located in an apartment found near the main courtyard in Upper Aventa District. Watch out for bloodflies that have infested the room.

Audiograph #1

The audiograph is located by the main entrance.

First audiograph is located on the table found just after entering Jindosh's residence.

Bone charm #6

The bone charm is located by the corpse.

Next bone charm can be found in Jindosh's residence, in a small passageway above the atrium. Use the heart to get the exact location of the bone charm.

Blueprint #3 and Painting #4

The painting is hanging on the left, while the cupboard on the right contains the blueprint.

Next blueprint and painting is in Jindosh office, on the last floor, above the laboratory. The painting is hanging on the wall, but the blueprint is hidden in a cupboard.

Rune #6 and Audiograph #2

Choose "anatomy" on the panel to get the rune. Audiograph is located by the electro shock machine.

The next rune is located in Jindosh's laboratory. Choose "anatomy" from the panel, to bring up the rune. Audiograph is located by the electro shock machine.

Audiograph #3

Audiograph from the residential section.

The third audiograph is located in Jindosh's apartment. It's the room containing a secret compartment.

Painting #5

Manipulate the lever to get the right configuration, and gather the painting.

The next painting is located in Jindosh's apartment. Reach the room by the corridor leading to the laboratory, and manipulate the device until you receive access to the painting. The painting itself is located in bathroom/library configuration.

Bone charm #7

The secret room with the bone charm is on the left.

The seventh bone charm is located in a secret room in Jindosh's apartment. Go to the room with a corridor leading to the elevator, and activate the lever by the bed, and enter the revealed room and activate the button to go downstairs. The bone charm is on the bottom.

Bone charm #8

The bone charm is in the drawer.

The last bone charm is in the section where Sokolov is being held. Go to the end of the hall with the shining light, and open the drawer with the bone charm.

Painting #6

Sokolov's chamber, and the painting.

The next painting is located in the room where Sokolov is being held.

Blueprint #4

The blueprint is located in the room on the right.

The fourth (last) blueprint is located in the room inside the atrium. It can be found on the warden's desk.
