A Bone Charm hidden in the nest and a number of valuables near the body.

This objective intertwines with the one requiring you to find information about Sokolov. Head to the lower floor and use Dr. Hypatia's key to open the door leading into Recuperation Room. The following room will be filled with Bloodflies. Obtain incendiary bolts and/or find bottles containing flammable liquid to get to the other side of the room without losing too much health. There's a number of valuable items located near the body shown on the above screenshot, as well as a rune in the first Bloodfly nest. You can also look through the bathroom to collect even more treasures. In the latter part, inside of a blocked room, there's a bone charm.

Speak with Dr. Hypatia.

Go through the subsequent parts of the room and destroy nests, which will drop blood amber. Reach the place shown on the above screenshot. This is the place where all of your tasks during this mission connect. Speak with Hypatia about the events that occurred here and search the nearby room for valuables - bone charm, audiograph and a painting handing above the desk. Vasco will by lying on the bed in the subsequent room. Before you go there, however, explore the rooms you're currently inside of. There's a corpse lying in the main hall, on top of an operating table, with a Raw Whalebone next to it. Afterwards, collect valuables and another audiograph in Vasco's room. When you're done exploring the area, head to Vasco and start a conversation with the man. During it you will learn that Crown Killer is in fact Dr. Hypatia. You now have to decide how you want to with her.
