Rune #1, #2 and the Outsider's Shrine #1

The first two runes can be obtained during your visit to the Outsider's world, at the beginning of the mission.

Bone charms #1 and #2

Two bone charms will be laying in your cabin at the beginning of the mission.

Rune #2

The second rune will is under water, near the ship. Take it before you depart to Karnaca.

Audiograph #1

The first audiograph, the Sokolov's, is on the ship too, in the inventor's cabin.

Rune #3

The third rune can be found in the mouth of a whale lying in the docks.

Audiograph #2

The second audiograph is on a barge on the left - it's located next to the whale.

Painting #1

The first painting is in the apartment shown on the picture (the one with the only balcony). You can only get there with blink or far reach.

Rune #4

The fourth rune can be bought in the Black Market store in the docks. It costs 400 coins, but you can also steal it, if you manage to find the key to the back door. You can learn more about robbing the shop in the sub-chapter Special Actions - Black Market Heist.

Rune #5

The fifth rune is in the channel shown above, in the district protected by guards. In order to get to the rune, you first need to shoot the plank that blocks the passage with a crossbow (silent) or pistol.

Rune #6 and Bone charm #3

The sixth rune and the third bone charm can be found near the two Overseers. It's important to use the glass items in the Overseers' building to distract them. This is the only way of getting to the loot unseen and hence achieving the Ghost status at the end of the mission.

Blueprint #1

The first blueprint - Fire Hardening Treatment - is on the Overseer's desk, in his office on the second floor.

Rune #7

The next rune is hidden in the safe, in the Overseer's building. The combination is random, but the room contains some clues which will help you open it. The first one can be found in the book lying next to the safe; the other one is in a note lying on the table, in the room next door.

Painting #2

The second painting is hanging on the wall in the Overseer's office.

Bone charm #4

The fourth Bone charm is in the interrogation room, in the Overseers' building.

Bone charm #5

If you see this view, the Bone charm is right behind you.

To get to this one, use the Heart. It's hidden underneath the floor on the first floor, in the room, where two Overseers are.

Painting #3

The third painting is in the same room that the Bone charm number five. It can be found in the bathroom, near the Outsider's Shrine.

The Outsider's Shrine #2 and Runes #8 and #9

The Outsider's Shrine number two, and runes #8 and #9 are in the same room that the painting #3 and Bone charm #5.

Bone charm #6

After leaving the building where you'd found Bone charm #5, the painting, and the Outsider's Shrine with runes, turn right and you'll see the view shown above. Use the blink or far reach to get onto the awing, and then onto the roof. The Bone charm can be found near the corpse - watch out for the swarm of Bloodflies.

Painting #4

The last painting is in dr Hepatia's apartment, located above the Winslow Safe store. The key to the flat is at the back of that store.

Audiograph #3

The last audiograph is on the desk, in dr Hepatia's apartment. The key to that flat is at the back of the Safe store.

Bone charm #7

Another charm can be found in the Bloodflies' nest, in the house under quarantine (the exact location shown above).

Blueprint #2

The second blueprint - Dispersed Incendiary Release - can be found in the apartment above the awing pictured above. The blueprint is locked in a safe.

The safe in the Overseer's office

The first safe is in the Overseer's office. The combination can be learned by reading two books. One is on the cupboard near the safe, and the other in the room on the opposite side.

Safe in Winslow's store

Winslow's safe is also locked. The combination can be found in the same building, though - it's in the cash register.

Hidden treasure

You can learn of this treasure from a map, which can be bought from a fence in the Black Market store. The cost is obviously high, but you might as well just steal it (check the chapter "Black Market heist"). The treasure is underwater, in the place shown above (right next to the first tower on the right). You will find only a handful of items there (such as some ammo), but nothing more valuable.
