There are two basic ways of entering the station. The first one involves helping a lady met near the Black Market store (side quest - Get Help From Mindy); the other one is to break through the controlled zone and using the blessing of the rats (if there ever was one) - via a skill called "Possession", or destroying the windmill powering the track, in the Northern part of the location.

Regardless of the approach you decide to take, you have to get across a locked building, which is riddled with bloodflies, or deactivate the windmill in the Northern part of the location, and cross the wall of light. If you've chosen the former approach, then collect the note that's lying near the corpse and read the tips about dealing with the nasty flies. Then remove the corpse so you can get inside. You will notice the first nest there, which can be destroyed (with fire bolts, preferably). Doing that may pay out, because first, you'll be going through here often, and second, there's a good chance that the destroyed nest will drop Blood Ember (25 coins). If you have no fire bolts, you can always use a inflammatory substance (high-proof liquor), which can be found all over the building, alternatively, use your sword, if you're more of a swashbuckling type.

Destroy the two nests that can be found on this floor and search the room, which will yield a couple of useful items and journals. When you're done, enter the hallway next to the bar to get to another section of the building. Near the corpse on the right, you will find a healing potion as well as 30 coins. Before searching the corpse, make sure to get rid of the swarm of locust, or it will give you a hard time.

Destroy the nest to get to the bone charm.

Go to the first floor and destroy remaining bloodflies' nests, and you will reach the room shown above. Destroy the nest pictured here, and you'll get a nice little bone charm. You will also find Processed Whale Oil (10 coins) and a Sokolov's elixir. After ransacking the first floor, go back to the staircase, and go to the top floor, where you will find a small entrance that leads to a neighboring building. After going down the stairs, you will notice locked door, which open to the balcony. Through here you can reach area controlled by the guards.
