Add even more beauty to the wall is a side quest in Disco Elysium related to Conceptualization. Here you will read how to start it, where to get a brush and oil.
Starting the quest
You will start the task by analyzing the blank wall above the coast (interaction object) with high Conceptualization (white skill check). Passing the skill check activates the task. The test will be a bit easier when you talk to Cindy The Skull up north. Reach her by going up the floor to discover her apartment outside the door - passing the passive Perception skill check will allow you to learn about her housing conditions and make the subsequent skill checks easier to pass.
Paint - oil
After day 3, you will be able to find a canister near your wrecked car, in which you will be able to transport heavy fuel oil and use it as paint. It is quite valuable, but it will be lost during the task, so you can optionally decide to sell it and abandon the quest.
Brush
You will receive a brush from Cindy The Skull - she is sitting on a balcony not far north. The option to get a brush is available after getting oil, which will serve as paint. To ask her for a brush, you have to try to pass the red Conceptualization skill check. If you fail it, you still have a chance to receive the brush. If that fails too, go to Cindy on the balcony and then try to talk to her.
Graffiti
You can choose what will appear on the wall. Options may vary slightly based on what the hero has seen/gone through, but the choice ultimately does not matter and painting any graffiti will allow you to complete a task for which you will receive only 10 XP.
