Arise, Champion

How to unlock: Collect all trophies.

Trophy type: platinum

Comment: You can unlock this trophy by playing Diablo 4 on PS4 or PS5.

Emancipation

How to unlock: Complete the campaign.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: You can play at the lowest World Tier, as you only need to finish the main quests from the 6 acts and then do the epilogue.

Dedicated Protector

How to unlock: Reach Level 50 with any character.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: You can reach level 50 faster by playing at World Tier 2 (20% XP), but setting a higher difficulty level is not required.

Legion Killer

How to unlock: Kill 666 Demons, Fallen or Goatmen.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: You should get the achievement during a normal playthrough, but it is important to kill at least 1 monster of each type out of the 3 listed, i.e. at least 1 demon, 1 fallen and 1 goatman. For example, killing only 666 demons will not unlock the achievement.

Undead Undone

How to unlock: Kill 666 ghosts, skeletons or zombies.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: You should get the achievement during a normal playthrough, but it is important to kill at least 1 monster of each type out of the 3 listed, i.e. at least 1 ghost, 1 skeleton and 1 zombie. For example, killing only 666 skeletons will not unlock the achievement.

Exterminator

How to unlock: Kill 666 snakes or spiders.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: You should get the achievement during a normal playthrough of the game, but it is important to kill at least 1 monster of each type from the 2 listed ones, i.e. at least 1 snake and 1 spider. For example, killing only 666 spiders will not unlock the achievement.

Turned

How to unlock: Kill 666 drowned, vampires or werewolves.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: You should get the achievement during a normal playthrough of the game, but it is important to kill at least 1 monster of each type out of the 3 listed, i.e. at least 1 drowned, 1 vampire and 1 werewolf. For example, killing only 666 werewolves will not unlock the achievement.

Tortured Souls

How to unlock: Kill 666 Bandits, Cultists, or Knights.

Trophy type: bronze

Comment: You should get the achievement during a normal playthrough of the game, but the important thing is to kill at least 1 enemy of each type out of the 3 listed, i.e. at least 1 knight, 1 bandit and 1 cultist. For example, killing only 666 bandits will not unlock the achievement.

Hammer Down

How to unlock: Kill 50 enemies while Berserking as a barbarian.

Trophy type: silver

Comment: Start playing as a barbarian and use skills that extend the Berserk mode. The barbarian class and its skills are described in the Builds chapter.

Shifty Swipes

How to unlock: Kill 50 enemies in Werebear form and 50 enemies in Werewolf form as a Druid.

Trophy type: silver

Comment: Start playing as a druid and use active skills that allow you to transform into a werebear and a werewolf. The druid class and its skills are described in the Builds chapter.

Army of Bones

How to unlock: Summon 100 Skeleton Mages or Warriors as a Necromancer

Trophy type: silver

Comment: Start playing as a necromancer and use the ability to summon skeletal aids regularly. The necromancer class and its skills have been described in the Builds chapter.

In and Out

How to unlock: Kill 50 enemies in Melee range and 50 enemies out of melee range as a Rogue.

Trophy type: silver

Comment: Start playing as a rogue and take out enemies in both melee and ranged combat. The easiest way to kill weak monsters is to get up to 50 kills in each category. The rogue class and its skills have been described in the Builds chapter.

Master of the Elements

How to unlock: Kill 100 enemies with Fire, Frost, or Lightning damage as a Sorcerer.

Trophy type: silver

Comment: Start playing as a sorcerer and just use whatever spells related to the elements from the trophy's description. The sorcerer's class and its skills have been described in the Builds chapter.

Convenient Crafts

How to unlock: Craft any Elixir, and any Incense.

Trophy type: silver

Comment: Both items can be crafted at any alchemist in the game world. Elixirs are available from the beginning of the game. Incense becomes available later - start from level 45.

Potent Alterations

How to unlock: Upgrade a piece of Armor, Jewelry, and a Weapon.

Trophy type: silver

Comment: This is an easy achievement to learn about the basics of upgrading your hero's equipment. You need to:

1. reach at least level 10, visit any blacksmith and upgrade any weapon and armor;
2. reach at least level 20, visit any jewelry trader and upgrade any ring or amulet.

Living Nightmares

How to unlock: Complete a Sacred and Ancestral Nightmare Dungeon.

Trophy type: silver

Comment: To access both unique types of dungeons, you must complete the game to unlock the endgame.

1. Sacred Nightmare Dungeons are available at World Tier 3;
2. Ancestral Nightmare Dungeons are available at World Tier 4.

Turning the Tides

How to unlock: Collect 1000 Aberrant Cinder in Helltide zones.

Trophy type: silver

Comment: The zones from the trophy description become available starting with World Tier 3, i.e. in the endgame phase after completing the main storyline. From now on, the zones will appear in random places on the map for 1 hour. Kill the monsters in these zones and complete their events to get the ingredient associated with the achievement.

Chaotic Whispers

How to unlock: Open 10 Caches of Chaos from the Tree of Whispers.

Trophy type: silver

Comment: You need to complete the game, advance to the endgame phase and start the Whispers of the Dead Priority Quest. You will unlock a new category of events and the rewards for completing them are Grim Favors. You can use them to open random treasure chests - choose Cache of Chaos to unlock the achievement.

First Aid

How to unlock: Upgrade your healing potion to max tier.

Trophy type: silver

Comment: The topic of improving the potions has been described on a separate page How to get more healing potions? .

You have to visit the alchemist and provide her with gold and crafting ingredients. In addition, it is required to level up the character and the best potion requires 90 experience level .

Master Combatant

How to unlock: Kill 5 players in PvP.

Trophy type: silver

Comment: You can only engage in PvP battles with other players in the Fields of Hatred found on the world map. The easiest way to get this trophy is by playing with your friends so you can kill each other easily.

Worldly Slayer

How to unlock: Kill any world boss.

Trophy type: gold

Comment: World bosses are huge monsters from the world map. They appear in lairs at selected times and groups of players fight with them. The first such boss is Ashava the Pestilent of the Ashava the Pestilent, described in the Bosses chapter. You don't have to defeat the Ashava boss - you can choose any other world boss.

Estuar Wanderer

How to unlock: Explore all of Estuar.

Trophy type: gold

Comment: This achievement requires you to fully explore all 5 regions of the world map.

There are a total of 309 areas to explore across the 5 regions of Sanctuary. Some locations will only become available for exploration after completing the main storyline.

Curious Collector

How to unlock: Unlock all Codex of Power Aspects.

Trophy type: gold

Comment: Aspects are passive abilities that can be unlocked primarily by visiting dungeons. Additionally, you can also obtain them from legendary items.

You need to acquire a total of 10 Aspects. Visit any occultist - you will find them in every major city on the map. Choose any compatible items to infuse them with an Aspect. You also need gold and have the right crafting materials.

Feat of the Hero

How to unlock: Reach level 50 with a hardcore character.

Trophy type: gold

Comment: You have to choose the hardcore mode at the very beginning of the game (the last tab of the character creator) and you can't let your character die, because you will lose it forever. We recommend choosing one of the easier classes (e.g. Sorcerer) and play safer with the first world rank selected, where the risk of sudden death at the hands of a boss or an elite monster is much lower.

Devoted Protector

How to unlock: Reach Level 100 with any character.

Trophy type: gold

Comment: This is the most time-consuming trophy in the game. After completing the campaign, play on higher World Tiers where you get more XP. Also, do some endgame dungeons to gain experience faster.

End of the First Mother

How to unlock: Defeat Uber Lilith.

Trophy type: gold

Comment: Uber Lilith is a stronger version of Lilith that you can only face in the endgame, after finishing the main storyline. You need to:

1. set the highest World Tier 4;
2. return to where you defeated Lilith in the main storyline.
