Lord Martanos is the world boss in Mount Zavain. You'll find him, or rather his grave, on the northwestern edge of the map. You can open it every half hour to start a boss fight by interacting with the altar in front of the tomb.
Information about summoning the boss is visible to everyone in the location. When fighting Lord Martanos, you have a small chance of getting a Legendary item.
The fight can be difficult, even if you have a lot of other players. The enemy doesn't use many attacks, he mainly uses his shield. However, he is strong meaning you can die easily. Fortunately, the teleportation point is not far away - you can easily join the fight at any time.
Important: fighting Lord Martanos is the only way to obtain Zakarum Sigil. They are required to successfully complete a zone event. Defeating the boss for the first time also guarantees that you will get a Vessel that can be placed in the Sanctuary (Legacy of the Horadrim).
