Hratli, the vendor you've met in the Docks, you'll find this time in his hut in the southeast. He will assign you the quest of finding the magic blade.

The Gidbinn blade, you will find while exploring Spider Forest. Walking through the forest, you will reach two more locations: Great Marsh and Flayer Jungle. In the latter, look for a path to get inside one of the forest's walls. In one of them, you will find an extinguished hearth.
