Fall from Grace
How to unlock: Complete the Prologue Mission.
Protect the People
How to unlock: Defeat all enemies in Mission 01.
Where the Red Orbs Grow
How to unlock: Collect Red Orbs from an unexpected spot in Mission 02.
Commentary: When you get out on the road in Mission 02, you have to follow it. Turn right when you see a wrecked van. You will find a damaged wall. Go through it and then destroy the tree with Red Orbs.
Reunion
How to unlock: Clear Mission 03.
Backroad
How to unlock: Destroy a certain wall in Mission 04.
Commentary: This wall is in Mission 04 - go through the warehouse and then get out on the street. Charge Devil Trigger and summon Nightmare. The demon will destroy the wall with a mural. This will unlock the trophy/achievement.
Break a Leg
How to unlock: Fend off a menace from above in Mission 05.
Commentary: In Mission 05, you move from sewers to a warehouse. After reaching one of the scaffoldings, you will come across an optional enemy. You can either escape or fight. Do the latter to unlock the trophy/achievement.
Pet Protection
How to unlock: Clear Mission 05 without V's demons getting stalemated (any difficulty except Heaven or Hell).
Commentary: Don't let any of V's demons lose all health points during this mission.
End of the Line
How to unlock: Clear Mission 06.
Share the Pain
How to unlock: Clear Mission 07 with both Nero and V.
Commentary: This mission can be played as Nero and V. Select this mission from the main menu and play as another character.
Unarmed and Dangerous
How to unlock: Beat Mission 07 without any starting Devil Breakers equipped (any difficulty except Heaven or Hell).
Light in the Darkness
How to unlock: Clear Mission 08.
Eagle-Eyed
How to unlock: Destroy a certain wall in Mission 09.
Commentary: The wall is in Mission 09. As V, go through the corridor between the rocks. Reach the wall with a poster. Summon Nightmare - the demon will destroy the wall.
This Ain't Over
How to unlock: Clear Mission 10.
Don't Mess with the Best
How to unlock: Use proper timing to get a leg up in a close-quarters battle against the boss in Mission 11.
Commentary: Attack the boss with your sword when he is about to attack you. When both swords collide, quickly press the attack button again.
Who Needs Weapons Anyway?
How to unlock: Clear Mission 11 without equipping a weapon set for Dante (any difficulty except Heaven or Hell).
Commentary: Complete the mission by using only fists / kicks.
The Qliphoth
How to unlock: Clear Mission 12.
Each In His Own Way
How to unlock: Complete Mission 13 as Nero, V, and Dante.
Gotta Hurry
How to unlock: Clear Mission 14.
Slick Moves
How to unlock: Proceed with caution and avoid uneeded damage in Mission 15.
Commentary: You can't get damaged by enemies in Mission 15.
Obedience Training
How to unlock: Go on the offensive without relying on brute force in the Mission 16 boss battle.
Commentary: The description of this trophy/achievement is vague - try to attack King Cerberus's heads without using Devil Trigger.
Back to Life
How to unlock: Clear Mission 17.
Man on a Mission
How to unlock: Clear Mission 18.
Battle for the Ages
How to unlock: Clear Missions 19 and 20 without using continues (any difficulty except Heaven or Hell).
Commentary: Complete the last two missions without dying (you can't revive with Red / Gold Orbs).
Secrets Exposed
How to unlock: Clear all Secret Mission.
Commentary: Descriptions of the Secret Missions can be found in the Walkthrough chapter.
Rearm and Repeat
How to unlock: Collect more than 100 Devil Breakers during missions.
Commentary: You need to collect Devil Breakers lying on the ground. You can't pick up Devil Breakers if your inventory is full. However, you can discard the one you are currently using by pressing Z (on PC).
Jackpot!
How to unlock: Collect more than 1,000,000 Red Orbs total.
Commentary: Use Dante's Dr. Faust hat to collect Red Orbs.
Physical Perfection
How to unlock: Upgrade your vitality gauge to max.
Commentary: Use Dante's Dr. Faust hat to collect a lot of Red Orbs - you will need them to buy Blue Orbs. Besides that, you also need to look for Blue Orb Fragments. Vitality bar is shared by all three characters.
The Devil's Own
How to unlock: Upgrade your Devil Trigger gauge to max.
Commentary: Collect all Purple Orbs hidden in the Missions and buy all of them from Nico's shop. Devil Trigger gauge is shared by all three characters.
A New Job
How to unlock: Accept a new job from Morrison after the Red Grave incident.
Commentary: Complete Mission 20 and then watch the cut-scenes. After that, you will participate in a playable cut-scene during which you control Dante. Defeat more enemies than Vergil.
The Quick and the Dead
How to unlock: Defeat 5 enemies in 1 second.
Commentary: The easiest way to get this achievement/trophy is to summon Nightmare and use V's Royal Fork. Weaken 5 enemies and then use this ability to defeat them all at the same time.
Another way to do that is to use Nero's Devil Breakers to eliminate both weak enemies and those that have lost a lot of health at the same time.
Well I'll Be Damned
How to unlock: Wield overwhelming power to exact an unexpected conclusion.
Commentary: Defeat Urizen in the prologue and unlock a secret ending. The best way to do that is to play on one of the easier difficulty levels. You should also try to beat the game at least once before you attempt to defeat Urizen - Nero will have access to more abilities and his Devil Trigger.
Demon Destroyer
How to unlock: Defeat 1,000 enemies total.
Demon Breeder
How to unlock: Acquire all of V's skills.
Nothing's Impossible
How to unlock: Acquire all of Nero's skills.
Be the Legend
How to unlock: Acquire all of Dante's skills.
Commentary: This trophy/achievement requires you to find Kalina Ann in Mission 11 - you need it to complete Double Kalina Ann set (this will happen at the end of the story).
Not Too Shabby
How to unlock: Perform a Stylish Rank S Combo.
Steppin' up the Style
How to unlock: Perform a Stylish Rank SS Combo.
Commentary: This trophy/achievement isn't difficult to unlock. However, if you have problems with it, try to unlock it while playing as V - he is the easiest character to get high combo ranks.
Seriously Stylish Slaying!
How to unlock: Perform a Stylish Rank SSS Combo.
Commentary: This achievement/trophy is very similar to Steppin' up the Style - make your combo as long as possible without getting hit. Try to beat the game at least once - SSS Rank is easier to get once you unlock more skills.
Hell of a Hunter
How to unlock: Clear all Missions with S rank.
Commentary: You can replay every mission from the main menu screen. There, you can also check which rank you got for a specific Mission. Replay those where your rank is lower than S.
Worthy of Legend
How to unlock: Clear all Missions with S rank on all difficulties except Heaven or Hell.
Let's Rock!
How to unlock: Complete the game on Human mode.
Showtime!
How to unlock: Complete the game on Devil Hunter mode.
Commentary: Beat the game on Devil Hunter first - this level isn't much more difficult than Human.
Doing Daddy Proud
How to unlock: Complete the game on Son of Sparda mode.
Commentary: This is the third difficulty level - you unlock it after beating the game on either Human or Devil Hunter.
Dance with the Devil
How to unlock: Complete the game on Dante Must Die mode.
Commentary: The fourth difficulty level. You unlock it after beating the game on Son of Sparda.
Stairway to Heaven
How to unlock: Complete the game on Heaven or Hell mode.
Commentary: The fifth difficulty level. You unlock it after beating the game on Dante Must Die mode.
Highway to Hell
How to unlock: Complete the game on Hell and Hell mode.
Commentary: The sixth difficulty level. You unlock it after beating the game on Heaven or Hell mode.
I Believe I Can Fly
How to unlock: Rack up a total of 60 minutes in the air by jumping or other means.
Commentary: Nero is great for this trophy/achievement (especially after completing the game and unlocking his Devil Trigger) - you will be able to press and hold the jump button to stay in the air for a longer period of time. You should also launch enemies in the air or use a Devil Breaker to pull enemies towards you while in the air.
Dante The Gambler
How to unlock: Use more than 500,000 Red Orbs total with Dr. Faust.
Commentary: Dr. Faust allows you to gain and spend Red Orbs. Unlock this weapon and upgrade it.
Slam Dunk
How to unlock: Complete Bloody Palace as Nero.
Commentary: Bloody Palace is an additional mode in Devil May Cry 5 that will be added in April 2019.
Too Easy
How to unlock: Complete Bloody Palace as Dante.
Rest in Peace
How to unlock: Complete Bloody Palace as V.
