The next Mission in Devil May Cry 5 takes place a month later, in June. Nero returns to a region where enemy demons are invading, just after he gets a new metal hand. The following page of our guide describes how to complete the next task.

After the cutscenes, you'll take control of Nero, who eventually got a metal hand that helps him tremendously in defeating his enemies. As the story unfolds, you'll gain new upgrades and variants of the metal arm.

At the beginning, you have an Overture at your disposal - use it to attract enemies and hit them with powerful electrical discharges. Get rid of the empusa and continue to the bridge. After a while, you'll come across protruding tentacles - destroy them. With a hole in the bridge, you'll come across a new enemy, the Red Empusa. Jump down and kill the enemy, and then gather Blue Orb Fragment.

Go ahead and fight against tentacles and a pack of empusa. After some time, a boss - Qlipoth Roots - will emerge from under the ground. You will find a description of the fight against the boss in a separate chapter of our guide. After winning the duel, the Mission will be a success.

From now on, an option to purchase new skills for Nero will appear in the mission selection menu. Take the opportunity to buy new skills (e.g. a very useful double jump) and make your battles with enemies easier.
