Do not return to Koller's clinic until you've received an invitation

The chance of unlocking this task appears during the second visit in Prague, more precisely after the main quest Facing the Bomb Maker (meeting with Allison Stanek in the Church of the MachineGod) or The Heist (breaking into the VersaLife vault in Palisade Property bank). Additional requirement is completing the side quest The Calibrator, involving stealing or acquiring the titular device in possession of a gangster - Otar Botkoveli.

If you completed all the requirements, Vaclav Koller should contact Jensen, and invite him for a second visit to his black-market clinic.

Note - Try to complete this quest as soon as you are able, since as a reward, all restrictions connected to experimental augmentations will be removed, and you will be able to use them just like the normal augmentations.

As a reminder: Vaclav Koller is in his dungeon (illegal augmentation clinic) located underneath the Time Machine in southern Prague (M5,3).You can access the location through the canals. Once you've reached the place, talk to Koller, and see a cut-scene showing the modification in Jensen's body using the Calibrator. From this moment, you can activate experimental augmentations without the overclocking effect (without overloading the system). Additionally, you'll receive 1100 experience points for completing this quest.

Note - Giving the Calibrator to Koller is possible earlier. You would have to acquire the device before the first meeting with Vaclav during Getting to Top Shape Again, the quest that involves reactivating the damaged augmentations.
