King Allant, despite being the final boss, is one of the easier bosses in the game, if not the easiest.
Accessing the boss and the description of the fight
Once you enter the Nexus, you'll see a huge black hole. Jumping into it will transport you to a new area leading to the final boss, King Allant. In this area you'll find an Archstone and the Maiden in Black.
Before entering the boss arena, talk to the Maiden in Black. Once you've done that, you can enter the arena and fight King Allant.
King Allant is an abomination and a shadow of himself, the fight against him shouldn't pose you any trouble. The boss is slow, literally crawls around the arena, his attacks deal virtually no damage and his moveset is almost non-existent.
You can defeat him in any way you want, fighting with magic or weapons. His spin attack is the only thing you should watch out for, as it's the only move that can surprise you and deal any reasonable damage. Attack him from behind so he doesn't turn quickly.
Good ending
After defeating the final boss, you'll need to choose one of the two endings. To get the so-considered good ending, head towards the fog and go through it. Once you do so, the credits will roll and you'll start New Game Plus.
Bad ending
To get the so-considered bad ending don't go through the fog - instead approach the Maiden in Black and kill her. Once you do so, you'll see a cutscene followed by the credits, you'll then be transported to the Nexus and start New Game Plus.
