Arriba, Arriba! Andale, Andale! Trophy in Dead Cells Dead Cells Guide

Last update: 20 August 2018

On this page you will find requirements and tips on how to unlock the Arriba, Arriba! Andale, Andale! achievement in Dead Cells. This is a bronze trophy, which is awarded for opening your first Timed Door. This term refers to a door that remains open only for a certain amount of time (e.g. for 8 minutes from the moment of starting a new game). You have to go through the next locations very quickly to get to the door before it closes permanently. Below you will find our guidelines on how to unlock this trophy in an easy way.

How to easily get to opened timed door in Dead Cells?

The timer is located in the lower right corner of the screen above the mini-map - Arriba, Arriba! Andale, Andale! Trophy in Dead Cells - Trophy Guide - Dead Cells Game Guide

The timer is located in the lower right corner of the screen above the mini-map. It shows the time spent in a given game, but remains active only when you are busy studying the location filled with your opponents. The meter stops every time you reach a safe location (e.g. a safe zone, a room with a treasure box, a room with a trader). In order to achieve this, you must reach any timed door before the meter reaches a value that will lead to their permanent closure.

Its best to unlock this trophy at the beginning of the game - Arriba, Arriba! Andale, Andale! Trophy in Dead Cells - Trophy Guide - Dead Cells Game Guide

It's best to unlock this trophy at the beginning of the game. In the Promenade of the Condemned and Toxic Sewers locations there are timed doors that close after 2 minutes. When you start playing at Prisoners' Quarters, start running. Don't waste your time on attacking opponents or exploration of the environment. Focus only on getting to the promenade door or to the canals. It is worth mentioning here that the timeout counter also stops when the map is displayed on the entire screen. This makes it easier for you to plan your route.

When you get to the Promenade of the Condemned or to Toxic Sewers, explore your first secondary route (e.g. a lift travelling to the underworld on the promenade). This should lead you to a timed door - an example for Toxic Sewers is shown in the attached picture. If you have finished within 2 minutes, you will receive a trophy.

Here is the full list of temporary doors in the game:

  1. Promenade of the Condemned - doors get closed after 2 minutes
  2. Toxic Sewers - doors get closed after 2 minutes
  3. Ramparts - doors get closed after 8 minutes
  4. Ossuary - doors get closed after 8 minutes
  5. Black Bridge - doors get closed after 15 minutes
  6. Stilt Village - doors get closed after 17 minutes
  7. Graveyard - doors get closed after 19 minutes and 30 seconds
  8. Forgotten Sepulcher - doors get closed after 26 minutes
Every timed door leads to a secret chamber with valuable treasures - an example of this type of chamber is shown in the attached picture - Arriba, Arriba! Andale, Andale! Trophy in Dead Cells - Trophy Guide - Dead Cells Game Guide

Every timed door leads to a secret chamber with valuable treasures - an example of this type of chamber is shown in the attached picture. In secret rooms you can find, among others, scrolls, gold, jewels, plans or cells.
