Bridge Attack
Secret Type: Audio Log
Location: This log is found in the Main Atrium, a location visited, among others, in the initial part of the chapter.
Eckhardt's Clearance
Secret Type: Text Log
Location: This collectible is found in Captain's Nest - the location where Isaac meets Hammond (a story event).
More Time
Secret Type: Text Log
Location: Another log found in Captain's Nest. You can find it next to the interactive console.
Captain's Fate

Location: This one is in Security Room, the room from which the Brute boss emerged.
Contact Beam
Secret Type: Weapon
Location: You can find this weapon in Records Office, a room on level 2. It is found along the way to Mining Administration.
Tracking Infection
Secret Type: Text Log
Location: You can collect this one shortly after reaching the Mining Administration hall on level 2. Start by visiting Main Fuses - once in there, you need to destroy a console on the wall.
Now proceed to Admin Server Maintenance. The log is in the second room.
Unitology Article
Secret Type: Text Log
Location: This collectible is in Break Room on level 1. You'll pass the room by along the way to Electrical Systems.
Weapon Upgrade: Pulse Rifle
Secret Type: weapon upgrade
Location: This collectible is in the Electrical Systems Storage room on level 1.
The room is locked by default. Find a damaged shutter, stand in the place shown in the screenshot and use Kinesis to grab the crates. A door console will be revealed - you now need to destroy it by hitting it with a weapon.
The room is now accessible - enter it and collect the upgrade.
Looking for Elizabeth
Secret Type: Audio Log
Location: This log is in the first room of Water Purification (level 5). You should easily see the log right after emerging from the elevator.
Intermediate Engineer RIG Schematics
Secret Type: blueprint
Location: The item is in the EVA Prep Room. This area is visited right before going into open space to repair ADS cannons.
Weapon Upgrade: Pulse Rifle
Secret Type: weapon upgrade
Location: The collectible is in the locked Water Purification Storage on level 5 of the bridge. At first, you can't get inside, because the door requires you to have a Master Override - you have to complete the You Are Not Authorized side mission and return to this place after creating the clearance. Explore the storage to find the weapon upgrade in one of the lockers.
