Kinesis Module
Secret Type: Equipment
Location: You will find the module right after starting chapter 2 in the first room of the Medical Deck. Isaac will install it permanently in the suit.
Pulse Rifle
Secret Type: Weapon
Location: The dying security officer has the rifle. You will meet her at the tram station right after moving the first containers with kinesis.
Patient Harris
Secret Type: Audio Log
Location: You must start in the Image Diagnostics room and move the power cell to the red slot.
Use the switch and turn on the fuse for the door. This will unlock the Consultation Room you passed a moment earlier. Return to it for the secret.
Calculated Risks
Secret Type: Text Log
Location: The collectible is in the Observation Room, which is located above the Image Diagnostics.
Pulse Rounds Schematics
Secret Type: Schematics
Location: Schematics are in Coolant Pipelines. Isaac first goes through this location on his way back from where he got the hydrazine tank.
Nicole's Log
Secret Type: Audio Log
Location: The secret is in the office of Dr.N. Brennan - SMO, which is located on level 1 of the Main Lab.
Taking Nicole's diary activates the Scientific Methods side mission. We described it in our walkthrough.

Location: The secret is in the office of Dr. T. Kyne - CSO which is located on level 1 of the Main Lab.
They Defy Death Itself

Location: The collectible is on the ground in the western part of the Main Lab on level 1.
Stasis Pack Schematics

Location: The schematics are in the Main Lab Changing Room visited after the quarantine is lifted.
Vital Personnel
Secret Type: Text Log
Location: The secret is in the Biological Prosthetics Center, where you first encountered a smaller type of jumping necromorphs.
Weapon Upgrade: Plasma Cutter
Secret Type: Equipment
Location: The secret can be found in the Ishimura Clinic room. Isaac will enter this location right after detonating the bomb and destroying the barricade.
You have to take the part to any bench and this special weapon upgrade will be unlocked for purchase.
Patient Observations
Secret Type: Text Log
Location: The collectible is in the large Emergency Room reached after destroying the barricade.
Nicole's Log #2
Secret Type: Audio Log
Location: The diary is in a hidden room in the south-eastern part of the Emergency Room.
Find the circuit breaker in the large room. Turn off the lighting breaker and turn on the shower breaker.
Now examine the bottom right corner of the room. Use kinesis to unlock the entrance to the secret area with the audio log.
Reaching the secret room with the journal is a part of the Scientific Methods side mission.
Rats in the Walls
Secret Type: RIGlink
Location: The collectible is in ER Hallway B. You will get there shortly after unlocking the exit from the Emergency Room.
Colony's Problems
Secret Type: Audio Log
Location: The collectible is at the western end of ER Hallway B.
Autopsy Report
Secret Type: Text Log
Location: The collectible is in the Morgue, next to the room where you find the captain's body.
Weapon Upgrade: Contact Beam
Secret Type: weapon upgrade
Location: The collectible is in the Bioprosthetics Locker Room on level 1 of the Medical Deck. Initially, you can't get into it because the door requires a level 3 security clearance. You need to go back here after unlocking clearance 3 in chapter 7. The weapon upgrade is on the bench.
