Location of boss fight with Specimen Noah
Specimen Noah is the sixth major boss in the main storyline. You will fight him in the Ocean Avenue district. You must start The Search for Truth main quest and find Dr. Reed's secret laboratory - we described it on a separate page Where is the Randgate 7?.
You will eventually reach the room where the specimen is being held. The hero will check the equipment from the laboratory and release the Mutator - a new type of elite monster.
Description of the fight with the Mutator
As for the Mutator's melee attacks, he performs two sweeps with its limbs, followed by a ground strike that generates a shockwave. You can block(this is also an opportunity to parry an attack and counterattack), dodge, or try to keep the boss at bay.
If the protagonist is grabbed, you will have to complete a QTE.
Unfortunately, the boss can also attack at a distance - he spits projectiles that can cause bleeding. You can try to block them, dodge quickly to the side or (best solution) quickly get behind a cover (poles, crates, etc.).
Aim at the opponent's open chest . In addition to using melee weapons, you can also weaken the Mutator with:
- Firearms - Aim at the chest and be sure that the attacks hit the target. If the game displays attack resistance, it means that the attacks are ineffective.
- Fury mode - Don't activate it until a larger group of regular zombies appears. It will also help you kill them faster.
The fight will end when you defeat the boss - you don't have to kill all the zombies in the room.
