This is one of the best hidden collectibles. Drive up to the front gate of Cloverdale Facility, where Sarah worked. The main gate leading to the site is closed by default, but this is not a problem.

This collectible can be found inside Cloverdale Facility. The photo will be in one of the laboratory rooms of the main building. Deacon can get into the facility only after taking the What Kept Me Going mission. You can also return to Facility later in the game.

Deacon has to find a memorial plate, and it is much more difficult to get to it from other secrets that are available to find in this region. The historical marker is adjacent to the high point of view. Find a place in the image where you can climb to a higher shelf and start undemanding climbing.
