This page of Darksiders 3 guide suggests how to increase the limit of Nephilim Respite, which is the most effective way to recover lost health points.

As a reminder, Nephilim's Respite Is an object available from the beginning of the game. After selecting it from your inventory, you can activate it and recover most of the lost health points.

By default, Fury can only carry 2 Nephilim Respites. This can cause problems during battles with bosses when you want to heal yourself several times in a row.

You can get more Nephilim Respites by gathering Invigoration Cores. These Cores cannot be bought. Invigoration Cores can be found among standard loot, so check all orange orbs. Finding a core automatically increases the use limit of Nephilim Respite by 1. You do not need to perform any additional actions (for example, destroying the core).

Aside from gathering Invigoration Cores, it is recommended to look for Rejuvenation Cores that increase the efficiency of healing from Nephilim Respite. Cores can be found while exploring the game world and picking up orange orbs. One Rejuvenation Core can be bought from Vulgrim. We recommend accumulating 5,000 souls early in the game to be able to afford it.
