Darksiders 3 Allows the Player to customize weapons to their own style of play. You can do this by upgrading the weapon of your choice, as well as by using special improvements that affect the functionality of the weapon. In this chapter of the guide you will learn how to augment your weapons and how to benefit from upgrades.
You can upgrade your weapons in the Maker's Forge. This is one of the first locations in the game, and you can also easily return to it in the later stages of the game. To start, you need to talk to Ulthane (if you don't see the talk icon, wait until Ulthane finishes his animation and turns to Fury) to display a menu with a few dialogue options.
Buying the upgrade is possible only if you have the right items, of course. The higher the level of weaponry, the higher the requirements, so try to collect all possible Adamantitic debris.
In Darksiders 3, in addition to augmenting weapons in the Maker's Forge, you can also modify weapons in one more way - through enhancements. New enhancements can be found in the game world or purchased from Vulgrim. Each enhancement adds new stats to the weapon, for example, increases the damage dealt or allows you to restore health points more effectively.
Enhancements can be further improved to maximize your character's combat capabilities. To upgrade enhancements, you need to visit Ulthane at the Maker's Forge.
How to use weapon enhancements?
Enhancements can be installed by going to inventory, selecting one of the weapons and clicking the appropriate button. A list of available items will appear on the screen. One enhancement can only be used with one weapon.
How do I upgrade the enhancements?
To improve the weapon upgrade you must go to Maker's Forge and talk to its guardian. Select the appropriate option and go to the Upgrade screen. On the right-hand side you will see the type of enhancement and 4 stages of upgrades. In order to perform an upgrade, you need to have the appropriate items. It's worth mentioning here that when upgrading you only need to take one path (Angel or Demonic), and at the very end you will receive all possible bonuses anyway.
