In chapter 14 of Darksiders Genesis, you will reach a spot where the further path is blocked by a destroyed wall. You need to blow it up. Read this page to learn where you can get Bomb Growths bomb and how to transport it to the wall.

Bomb Growths is behind the two platforms moving across the location. To get to it, you need to jump on both platforms, and then jump to the more stable shelf.

There are two ways to move the bomb. You can wait until the road is empty and throw it straight on the wall. Or, you can throw the bomb on the edge of the rocks located on the platforms. Then, jump on safe platforms, pull the bomb and keep throwing it until it reaches the wall.
