Let's start off by doing a short recap on how you can enter the building and therefore reach its lobby. The recommended passageway is located in the south-eastern corner of the skyscraper and the easiest way to get there is to rely on the Shadow Leap ability to teleport Eric to the upper balconies.
Two other entrances to the skyscraper can be found in the north-western corner of the plaza. Reaching those entrances is far more difficult, because Eric would have to avoid at least three vampire hunters along the way, as well as UV generators and security cameras.
It's even more challenging to get to the last available entrance located in the north-eastern corner of the building, because the staircase leading to it is defended by an UV generator and by two enemies who won't leave their posts.
If you've started exploring the lobby on the upper level then you must use one of the stairs leading to the ground floor. Ignore new UV generators and other defences encountered along the way, because they're all inactive at the moment. Your objective is to get close to an elevator in the lobby and this is where you'll receive two rewards: 1000 experience points for reaching the lobby and another 1000 experience points for leaving the plaza without triggering any alarms. Sadly I also have some bad news for you - the elevator is not working and new vampire hunters will soon show up in the lobby.
