The following page of the guide explains how to bury a corpse. We describe which Divine Inspiration you'll need and how to dig a grave. Additionally, we describe an alternative to burying corpses.
To bury a corpse, you will need to build a Body Pit. However, you'll first need to unlock this upgrade in the Divine Inspiration development tree. You'll find this upgrade on the left side of the bottom level of the screen.
Next, go to build mode, select the Body Pit, place it wherever you like, and wait for the Followers to build it. If you'r short on time, you can also dig a grave yourself.
Pick up the corpse and bring it to the Body Pit. You can bury the body by pressing the interaction button.
It's critical to dispose of any bodies as soon as possible, as unattended corpses will start to rot and spread disease among your followers.
Alternatively, instead of burying the corpse in the Body Pit, you can select the Harvest Meat option to get meat from the corpse. However, if the other cult members notice you doing it, they will react very negatively. To avoid the consequences, move the body to a secluded location or harvest it at night while everyone is asleep.
