Gems

On Hook, Line, and Sinker, you can get 6 gems.

You can get gems for:

1. Getting 40% of all Wumpa fruits available on the map;
2. Getting 60% of all Wumpa fruits available on the map;
3. Getting 80% of all Wumpa fruits available on the map;
4. Getting all 100 boxes;
5. Completing the entire map while dying less than 3 times;
6. Finding the hidden gem.

Number of boxes

On Hook, Line, and Sinker you can get 100 boxes.

Level description

Let's start with the fact that on this level you play a different character than usual.

A few quick rules and let's go.

1. Remember that your character doesn't have the highest jump;
2. Her main attack is a throwable hook;
3. Can't crouch or slide;
4. Your character can attack from a distance.

In the beginning, you'll encounter a very "nice" opponent who can attack you from long distance. Knock him out using the weapon and then finish him off with a kick.

Going forward, you have to use the hook to move. Grab the blue point to get to the other side.

Time for another new mechanic. Bounce off two walls to proceed. You don't have to try too hard; if you hold the jump button twice, the character will automatically cling to the wall and wait for you to make your next move. The character won't fall off the wall unless something attacks her.

Another climb up the wall, but this time you must also avoid cannons that can fire straight at your character.

Time to jump off the rope to the other side of the map. Just jump off the rope and grab onto the wall when the opportunity arises.

Continued hopping between the masts. Just focus on a particular point, turn the character toward it, and make a long jump.

Once you get on the other ship, it's a piece of cake. Just avoid opponents, cannons, and just jump on the ropes to get to the end of the map.

Hidden gem

The hidden gem is on the elevation, near the mast. All you have to do is jump up and grab it to your inventory.
