Crash Compactor is the fourth level available in the game Crash Bandicoot 4. On this page, you will find information about all gems, chests, secret levels. It also contains a detailed walkthrough.
Secret tape
The adventure on this map must begin with an important information. Here you will find a secret tape that will unlock access to a retro level.
Remember, the only way to get the tape is if you haven't died even once. Additionally, you have to complete the map in order for the tape to be added to your inventory.
You'll find the tape at the start of the level. Just run into it to get it.
Gems
You can get 6 gems on the Crash Compactor map.
You can get gems for:
- Getting 40% of all Wumpa fruits available on the map;
- Getting 60% of all Wumpa fruits available on the map;
- Getting 80% of all Wumpa fruits available on the map;
- Getting all 136 chests;
- Completing the entire map while dying less than 3 times;
- Finding the hidden gem.
Number of boxes
You can get 136 boxes on the Crash Compactor map.
Level description
On this level you will be chased by fire. If you touch it, you'll die. So watch out for any flames that will appear near the platforms.
Next, you will find new opponents. On their heads are helmets with flames - you can't jump on them. The only way you can eliminate them is by attacking them or doing a slide.
It's time for a slide down the rail. You have to jump between them, so you don't fall into traps.
Another opponent is right next to the exit. Attack him right away to avoid getting hit.
Going forward, you'll find a mask. With it, you can make your way to the other side of the map. You'll get to the very end of the level.
Hidden gem
The hidden gem is locked behind a metal door. You have to open them first to get to the treasure. As soon as you get off the rail, you have to slowly jump down to the shelf below. If you do it without any sudden movements, you should succeed.
After crushing the box you can go back to the level and keep going. You'll see a gem right after a bend. You just have to push your opponent out of the way and take it.
Secret level
You'll find your way to the secret level when you get off the rail. It's on the left, behind the opponents.
In this bonus level you can get 24 crates. To get part of them, you have to use the box with an exclamation point first.
Remember, you don't lose lives on bonus levels!
