Go up the ladder and deal with the first opponents. You have two paths - one leading to the passage, the other leads up the ladder. Go up the ladder first, there's a chest with a weapon called Nagimukuro +4, but watch out for the opponent that may jump down when you approach the chest.

Go down the ladder first. There, you will have to go through a Blood Trial. After defeating them, you will find Pure Blood in the middle of the room. Move back to the ladder, go up the winding stairs. Get down the ladder there.

There you'll find two ladders, one leading up and one leading down. At the upper level you will encounter two opponents defending a chest (check out the screenshot). After defeating them, open the chest and pick up the Shoddy Key, which will be used to unlock the lever. Afterwards, take the second ladder down.

You will now find yourself in a room that leads outside to another closed door and lever. You need Ornate Key to open those. Step back, in a room with opened door, in the middle of which there is a large pillar, enter it and descend down the stairs.

On the left side you will find a road that leads to a mini-room. Behind a thick column there is a Tomato Oden Sandwich. Move back and use the stairs to climb up - you'll find them in the middle of the pillar.

The second road leads to Rotten Mistle. Jump down the floor and get inside. On the right you will see Rotten Mistle, which you have to clean immediately.
