After defeating the first tutorial boss, you reach the Home Base. After talking to Louis, he will instruct you to talk to Murasame. She is a short woman with red hair, she mainly sells weapons and armor (Blood Veils). In addition, she can also improve your weapons and Blood Veils.

You pay for the upgrades with Haze, the in-game currency. Also, when you have one of the rare weapon upgrades that impose a permanent status on a weapon or resistance to that status on a Blood Veil (you can get it, for example, by exchanging various things with an NPCs), you can ask Murasame to Transform a weapon. The cost is quite high in the initial stage, but it is worth investing in it later because you won't have to waste currency on buffs with limited active time.
