Access to Outer Crossroads is granted after defeating Oliver Collins. On this page of our guide you will learn how to unlock a shortcut to the first location of this region. Also, you will find out more about the new NPC and how to unlock a new region, Area E-13.

The place where you face Oliver Collins. Move here from the Home Base and then talk to Shang, one of the NPCs. He sells gifts that you can give to your companions at Home Base. You buy them with Old World Materials. After the conversation, head down to unlock the shortcut to the first location. You do this by kicking the ladder. After that, go back to Shang and choose a different path. There, you will find a Vivifier. Get down and go forward.

On one of the turns, you will find a dead soldier. Go to him and pick up Map: Den of the Dead. Go the other way. After walking a while, you will find a lantern on the left. This lantern marks a passage leading upstairs. There, you find a Mistle and discover a new region, Ruined City Center. Approach the Mistle - this will trigger a cut-scene.
