During this quest, you can:

One day in the morning, you will hear the conversation of NAR soldiers on the radio. You will learn from it that in the kindergarten in Kopachi, there is a man whose pseudonym is identical to the former mentor of Igor - Semonov .
The mission is very simple. Your objective is to reach the kindergarten and sneak in. If the NAR isn't alarmed, then the road to the destination will be easy.
Only at the end will you encounter a group of soldiers guarding the entrance. Bypass or eliminate them. Then, go inside. That's where you'll meet Semonov. Talk to him and then jump into the hole next to him.
After you jump down to the basement, you'll find a clue. It is located on the shelf of one of the racks.
