Leave the rebel camp and enter the fortune teller's tent. Talk with the fortune teller; you'll learn that he is able to predict the numbers on the lottery. Unfortunately, he is not willing to tell you, moreover, he conducts marital therapy. Leave the tent and talk to Goal - you won't be able to convince Spunky Goal to a visit the seer, so use the remote to change Spunky Goal into Baby Goal, who will be very happy to join you in the tent.
Ask the seer all questions (you need to ask about all things two times, as the fortune teller acknowledges the initial versions of the questions as having not much in common with our characters' relationship). Accuse the Seer of cheating and holding his glass ball upside down. Use the remote on Goal and change her into her Spunky version. Ask the Seer two questions, and choose the final one to be about lottery numbers. Spunky Goal will get mad and force the seer to tell you the numbers.
Click on the wall on the left (next to a hanging tapestry) to pick-up the tenth puzzle fragment. Leave the tent and return onboard.
Travel to (click the right location on the radar - the second one from the bottom) the North Pole. While at the Pole, take a look at the Pole Star - Rufus will learn the winning numbers. Look at the frozen torch - it would be nice to get it out. Take some snow from the pile, and enter the trawler. Pick-up the tea from the table - it turns out to be really hot, so throw some snow at it. Rufus will go out to pee and will thaw the glacier - you can now pick-up the torch.
Travel to Floating Black Market and attempt to enter the gadget shop - it turns out to be closed. Take a look at a cat found beyond the shop window and a bowl before the shop. Take single bait from the fisherman's bucket, and enter the trawler. Travel to Porta Fisco and light the torch from the burning barrel found left from the smelly bum. Use the entrance in the middle to the next area (street canyon). Use the torch to light tires on fire and take one of them.
Now travel to Janosch's camp and hang the burning tire on the hatch to the right. Watch little dolphins swimming in the pool. Hang the bait on the tire. Take the tuna cans and return to Floating Black Market. Put the tuna in the bowl before the shop and ask Goal to get through the small cat door. Enter the shop and click on the Lott-O-Mat, take the winning ticket and use it on Buy-O-Mat. Rufus will receive torpedo equipment.
