Look at your radar. Click on the first puzzle fragment hidden in the upper right corner of the trawler's window. Go outside and talk to the fisherman, then choose the industrial district on your map. Enter the door on your right.
Clever-Byte is blocking the access to the next door. Talk to him, then pick up the stick found on the heap of junk and click on the dog. The robot won't be willing to play, so pick up the stick again, then take a look at the lamp found in the middle of the area. Click on it (Auch!) and approach the shelves on the left side of the room. Pick up the tape from the upper ledge, then wrap the stick with the tape and click on the lamp. Once again, click on the dog. Once that is done, click on the upper shelf on the right side of the room - you'll find the second puzzle fragment.
Use the door on your right, enter the next one and talk to the doc. You can find the third puzzle fragment at the desk found on the left side of the room.
