The first secret lies in one of the carts; it may be helpful that it's hidden inside an open safe.

The hat on the crate

At one point, you're going to have climb to the roof of the speeding train. You'll be taking cover behind an open hatch leading inside the cart below. Drop down and you'll find the Nugget.

Nugget of Truth #3

Next to the horses

The third one is located in the next cart, one of the few with horses.

Nugget of Truth #4

During the gatling gun exchange

The last one is easy to see, on the table with cards and cash.
