When you reach the first flooded buildings, get the Nugget from inside one of them.

Another house with another secret
The second lies near the steamship, on the upper floor of the building on the right.
Nugget of Truth #3
Upstairs the ship
You'll find the third on the steamship. Get aboard and go upstairs. When you see doors on the left, go past it and get to the end.
