Stop soon after the begging of a battle in the village, more precisely after reaching the place where you have to turn right and come up to the river. Go straight instead and enter the hut which is situated the nearest and has a roof.

After getting inside the hut, go forward and turn left - Victor Charlie | Intel - Intel location - Call of Duty: Black Ops Game Guide & Walkthrough

After getting inside the hut, go forward and turn left. The secret is situated on the ground.

While going through the tunnel at the end of the mission stop and wait until one of Vietcong soldiers attacks you. After eliminating the enemy, choose the tunnel on the left from which he has come.
