SS Pin
You can acquire the first memento on the Stronghold map during the Take the Church objective.
Enter the ruins of the building shown in the picture above.
Use the stairs to reach the upper floor.
Now you have to go behind the first wall visible in the picture.
Once there, you will find the SS Pin memento by the mirror.
Locket
You can collect the next memento during the Clear the Church mission.
Firstly, you need to clear the church of enemy soldiers.
Go to more or less the centre point of the church, and then head to the right.
You will find the Locket memento in a small crevice.
Fuel Canister
You can find the final memento during the concluding objective of the map - Defend the Town Square.
After you regain control over the character, head towards the cover shown in the picture above.
There you will find the Fuel Canister memento.
