This section of the guide provides a complete walkthrough description of the Nowhere Left to Run mission in Call of Duty Cold War. Nowhere Left to Run is the first, fairly simple and linear mission.

The whole mission is not just an introduction, but a mini tutorial. You should be able to handle yourself well if you follow the orders of your companions. If you have any doubts, you can find everything described below.

• Find and neutralize Arash

Find and capture Qasim Javadi

You begin your mission at a bar with Adler. After the conversation, go outside with Adler and take a gun from the car trunk (you can choose among 3 guns).

Grab one of the 3 guns in the trunk.

Then follow Adler and Woods. At some point you will reach a room (as in the picture below), where enemies are sitting at the table. Wait for Adler's mark and start firing. Eliminate everyone in the room. During the shootout, Qasim will start running - to the left of the room you will find a corridor and stairs. Go upstairs.

Don't try to shoot at Qasim.

Shoot the enemies at the top and jump through the window (there will also be a mini tutorial related to grabbing your enemies). The fight moves to the roof, follow Adler through more rooftops and eliminate your enemies. Don't shoot Qasim even if you have the chance!

When you jump over the edge, time will slow down.

At some point you will have to jump over the edge and get to the next roof - in the scene which looks like the one in the photo above, eliminate 3 enemies, preferably in mid-air, and once you land you will go straight to the interrogation. In general, deal with Qasim as you see fit. What you do with him here will affect one side mission and the ending.

Find and neutralize Arash

After interrogating Qasim, move to where Arash is most likely located. Go to the stone and draw the binoculars (default 3). Check the faces of your enemies one by one, zooming in on them. Your companions will tell you if it's Arash.

You need to do a little recon first.

You'll be informed that someone's pulling up in a jeep on the left. Watch them. One of the passengers will kill everyone inside - it's Arash. Wait for the full identification, though - at some point he will stand on the plane ramp and turn in your direction - then, you can zoom in on his face. Now draw the sniper rifle (default 2) and shoot at Arash. No matter how you aim, you'll still hit the head of the terrorist in front of him.

Get to the car as fast as you can.

At this point Arash will start to escape by plane and the enemies will come at you. Kill the ones you need to and run to the car (to the one in the photo above, marked as the mission objective). While chasing the terrorist, eliminate the shooters and drivers of the other cars until you get the option of steering an RC car which carries explosives. The game will then pause for a moment and show you how to control the vehicle.

Place the car under the plane.

Take advantage of the fact that the car has a boost option (by default, press and hold the left shift to use it). Catch up with the plane and blow the car up under it (you will see where - the place will be marked as a mission objective). You have just captured Arash.
