The city in Bus Simulator 18 is divided into 12 different parts. Each one of them can have a few bus stops - this depends on size of a given district.

Complete the missions available in the game to get access to new parts of the city. These missions also give you a lot of money. Each mission has a lot of sub-missions which are about developing your company. In the first mission you have to drive during night, create two new routes, paint your bus and expand already existing routes. You can do all of that in 15 minutes and you will get 130,000. The second mission allows you to unlock a new part of the city - you only have to buy a new bus, hire the first driver and transport 180 passengers.
