This page of the guide to Borderlands 3 includes the walkthrough of the Angels and Speed Demons main mission. This is a slightly shorter mission during which you will visit two new regions on Pandora. You will also fight with numerous standard opponents. In the final part of the quest, you will also have to drive your vehicle.

Return aboard the Sanctuary and meet Lilith in the captain's bridge. Use the fast travel option to go to Roland's Rest camp in the Devil's Razor location on Pandora. You will immediately start fighting to defend the camp. Fortunately, none of the allies can die, so concentrate on staying alive.

After dealing with the usual bandits, you will face a mini-boss - Brayden, The Anointed. This is another enemy marked as Anointed. This means that he can teleport and attack with the elements. This enemy type is also resistant to specific attack types (change weapons if you see Immune message). After killing Brayden, destroy the chunk to get loot. Then, talk to Vaugh.

You get a new mission objective - attack the COV defense systems. We recommend spending your credits beforehand. Get in the car and go to the designated place. All vehicles involved in the attack will be destroyed. There is a good chance that your vehicle will get destroyed, too. Listen to Tannis's comment and then go back to Roland's Rest talk to Vaughn again.

Go with Vaughn to the transition leading to Konrad's Hold. A complete exploration of this place is optional. If you want to focus on the main mission, then head to the place where you can find Tannis's secret laboratory.

Follow the mission marker. You learn that to enter the lab, you need to follow a roundabout path. Along the way you will, of course, fight with many (regular) opponents. When you come across locked door, get to the top panel to open it. Go through the next locations. You will face a lot of enemies called Hag (attack them one by one).

Reach Traitor's Mess and use the large cargo elevator. You face a Badass Hag - destroy his armor first. Walk over the partially tilted bridge. Use the vending machines to replenish supplies. Soon, you will meet a mini-boss called Manvark related to one of Sir Hammerlock's hunts. The unique feature of this creature is that it mutates every time you deplete its health bar. This means that you have to defeat "a few" monsters - Tinkvark and then Manvark???. Defeat Manvarks with a good long-range weapon. You can fight with the Tinkvark at a close distance.

Deal with different variations of Varkids. After entering Bleedout Smithy, you will have to unlock the further passage. Shoot the large pipe presented in the picture to make it fall. You can go through the pipe and enter Crawling Dungeons.

Defeat more Varkids - among you can find stronger irradiated variants. It is best to attack them from a distance. Get to the small minecart - push it using the melee attack. You have to defeat more Varkids. Kill them one by one - leave the stronger ones for later. After the battle, push the minecart again.

You can enter Angel's Light laboratory. You must detach the four Couplings on the devices suspended from the ceiling. Shoot them with any weapon. The next task is to load the reactor - use the lever shown in the image (there is also a panel with four buttons in the room, but you can ignore it).

Go through the newly opened transition to the Sandblast Scar region. Go downstairs (you can use the vending machines if you want) and get inside Vaughn's Technical. It is a long drive. If you want to, you can eliminate the enemies encountered on your path. If the car gets destroyed, simply visit any of the Catch-A-Ride stations to get another one.

During the trip, watch out for turrets (you can destroy them) and enemy vehicles. The destination is at the opposite end of the map, and its exploration is not required because there are no collectibles here. Shoot the big tank marked red located in one of the last locations. Park the car in the specified rectangle. Use fast travel to move to Roland's Rest in Devil's Razor and talk to Vaughn. As a reward for completing the mission, you will get XP, credits, a legendary shield and new parts for the Technical vehicle. You will unlock a new main quest - The Great Vault.
