On this page of our guide to BioShock 2 you can find a high quality maps with marked Little Sisters and locations where you may find more ADAM. Collecting ADAM is a very important process in the game, as it's used to develop the controlled character and his skills.
NOTE: Because some of the Little Sisters are in constant motion, their location may be different from the markings on the maps. However, if at a certain level you are supposed to meet 3 little girls, then you will certainly meet them - if not at this, then at another place.
