On this page of our guide to BioShock 2 we have prepared a detailed description of multiplayer ranks. You will find out how many ranks are available in online tournaments, how much ADAM you need to collect to advance and earn a higher rank, and what rewards are associated with each promotion.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The multiplayer mode is only available in the original version of BioShock 2 from 2010. The remastered version of BioShock 2 from the BioShock: The Collection does not contain a multiplayer mode - it was deliberately removed by the developers. This means that the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions have single player content only.
In BioShock 2, we allocate a total of 40 ranks, which we raise after collecting the appropriate amount of Adam. Any degree we can achieve will give us a new weapon, [weapon upgrade], plasmid, or tonic.
