Biomutant is an original open-world action RPG produced by Experiment 101 studio and published by THQ Nordic. The game takes us to a strange post-apocalyptic world inhabited by human-shaped animals.

Shortly after starting the game, you may notice that there are no humans in Biomutant. As you go through the prologue in Bunker 101, you learn about the history of the world, from which you can deduce that humans built ships called Arks and apparently escaped from Earth, leaving quite a mess behind - they brought on the apocalypse and contaminated the entire planet.

The radiation had unimaginable effects on the entire ecosystem - it began to interfere with the genetics of wild animals making the earth populated by bizarre mutations. The humans' world has lost to nature - it will never be the same again.
